About the role This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join us as an Assistant HR Manager or HR Manager. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the HR function and contributing to the overall success of the organisation. The position is based in the East Region and is a full-time role. What you’ll be doing Overseeing the end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, and benefits administration Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations Supporting the HR Manager in strategic HR initiatives, such as performance management, talent development, and workforce planning Providing HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of HR-related matters Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the employee experience and foster a positive, inclusive work culture Maintaining accurate HR records and generating reports to support decision-making What we’re looking for Significant experience (at least 5 years) in a generalist HR role, preferably in the construction or related industry Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and HR information systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with employees at all levels Analytical mindset and problem‑solving skills to identify and address HR‑related challenges Proficiency in HR‑related software and tools, such as HRIS and payroll systems A proactive, solutions‑oriented approach to work and a commitment to continuous improvement What we offer Competitive remuneration and performance‑based bonuses Comprehensive medical and dental coverage Opportunities for career development and training Flexible work arrangements and work‑life balance initiatives A supportive and collaborative work environment About us We are the leading property and real estate company in Singapore, known for its expertise in delivering high‑quality projects and exceptional customer service.
