Assistant HR Manager

Responsibilities Assist the Senior Manager in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with the company's objectives and compliance requirements. Support recruitment efforts by coordinating job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks. Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, training, and completion of required paperwork. Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions, in compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives, including employee surveys, recognition programs, and team-building activities. Coordinate training and development programs, including identifying training needs, scheduling training sessions, and evaluating program effectiveness. Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, benefits enrollment, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Support HR reporting and analytics activities, including compiling HR metrics and preparing reports for management review. Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and legal developments to ensure compliance and recommend improvements to HR processes and programs. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity. Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees, managers, and external stakeholders. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop HR staff. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven HR decisions. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
