About the Role – Customer Training Manager, Asia Are you a passionate training leader ready to ignite the learning journey for thousands of small businesses and partners across Asia? Xero, the global leader in cloud accounting, is looking for a strategic Customer Training Manager to join our mission. Your Mission As our Customer Training Manager for Asia, you’ll be a chief architect of knowledge, a champion of adoption, and a strategic partner in Xero’s regional growth. You’ll drive how our customers and partners learn, master, and love Xero. You’ll Contribute To Making Xero: The most valued source of advice for small businesses World leaders in live & digital customer content A strategic force for achieving Xero’s performance goals You lead our Asia education strategy, blending global vision with local nuances, crafting immersive learning journeys that drive regional commercial success. What You’ll Do Strategist & Architect: Design and own the regional training strategy, setting KPIs and driving results. Content & Delivery: Orchestrate content production and excel at delivering live training and presentations, including key engagements at Xero Con/Roadshows and other major events. Engagement Guru: Build strong relationships with Go-To-Market teams, regional stakeholders, and global content creators, ensuring alignment. Data Whisperer: Analyze metrics to refine and optimize our offerings for maximum impact. Innovator: Continuously refresh and enhance the curriculum, translating customer needs into compelling interactive learning experiences. What You’ll Bring Core DNA: Autonomous, customer‑centric, strategic, positive, excellent prioritisation, strong relationship builder, energetic communicator, innovative, self‑motivated. Experience: Proven track record in developing/delivering dynamic live education content, extensive experience in public speaking and delivering high‑impact presentations, expert stakeholder and project management, commercial acumen, ability to translate needs into engaging product stories.
