Responsibilities Develop innovative and industry‑leading product strategies and roadmaps that uniquely serve our customers and differentiate us from the competition. Drive key product metrics and product strategy for YouTrip. Continuously evaluate and stay updated on the changing market landscape, relevant products, and core customer expectations. Collaborate closely with other product managers, engineering, design, and stakeholders to determine our product roadmap and assess the market/business feasibility of ideas. Work across functions such as marketing, operations, compliance, finance, and others to define go‑to‑market plans and scale business processes. Define success metrics and continually measure the impact of our work as we grow. Qualifications 4–8 years of outstanding and relevant product management experience, with a track record of delivering business outcomes and moving key metrics. Deep analysis of data and strong product discovery skills; excellent at diving deep into product‑level data to uncover insights and know when to interview or survey users. Excellent collaboration skills and ability to drive alignment across teams and stakeholders. Ability to clearly articulate options and trade‑offs, demonstrating strong product judgement in recommendations. Proactive problem‑identification across functions and ability to propose pragmatic solutions that prioritize company needs. Prepared to dive deep into workflows/processes to scale the product while ensuring a delightful customer experience and optimal market impact. Leadership presence and willingness to make weighty judgment calls. Savvy at managing partners/relationships/commercials to ensure business needs are met. What can you expect from us?
