Payroll Specialist/ Assistant

Responsibilities: Assist in the end-to-end payroll process for employees. Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee timesheets, allowances, and deductions. Calculate and process monthly payroll. Prepare payroll reports for management review. Handle payroll queries from employees and resolve any discrepancies. Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation. Coordinate with relevant departments to obtain necessary payroll information. Stay updated on payroll regulations and compliance requirements. Assist in other HR administrative tasks as required. Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a manufacturing MNC. Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and processes. Proficient in using payroll software and MS Office applications. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
