Role Overview

As a Product Manager – eCommerce Fulfillment & Deliveries, you'll spearhead the strategy and execution of uParcel’s warehouse fulfillment and delivery products. You'll bridge customer needs and operations, leverage platform integrations, and drive seamless, high-efficiency fulfillment and delivery solutions tailored to e-commerce clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Product Strategy & Roadmapping : Define and maintain product roadmap for warehouse fulfillment and last-mile delivery services, including same-day, scheduled, and express options. Lead discovery on real-time tracking, API features, and platform integrations, such as Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and WooCommerce
  2. Customer-Centric Product Design : Work with e-commerce merchants to understand pain points—from order management and inventory to delivery scheduling—and translate insights into feature enhancements. Define and refine APIs that enable seamless order flow from merchants’ stores into uParcel’s IMS (Inventory Management System)
  3. Cross-functional Collaboration : Collaborate with engineering on delivery algorithms, routing optimization (real-time pickup and clustering), and tracking interfaces. Partner with operations and warehouse teams to evolve storage, packing, and fulfillment, including cold-chain and temperature-controlled workflows
  4. Data-Driven Performance Monitoring : Define success metrics: fulfillment speed, delivery reliability, tracking accuracy, integration uptime, and customer satisfaction. Analyze performance and iterate to improve operational efficiency, reduce fulfillment time, or scale capacity
  5. Market & Competitive Insights : Stay current on logistics and e-commerce trends in Singapore and APAC, particularly same-day delivery innovations and emerging platform integrations.
