We are looking for a dynamic Human Resources Generalist who will play a critical role in developing and executing people strategies to attract, develop, and retain employees supporting business needs.
A Day in the Life of an HR Business Partner- Performance & Talent Management: Collaborate with HODs to ensure performance and talent management drive business goals through setting objectives, development plans, performance calibration, and talent development.
- Employee Engagement & Relations: Establish effective relationships with employees and their representatives, fostering communication and cooperation. Promote a culture of productivity, openness, empowerment, safety, and equity, coaching others to behave in line with Nestlé principles.
- HR CoE & CoS Services: Ensure managers and employees understand the HR model and can access solutions efficiently.
- Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute workforce strategies supporting staffing objectives.
- Survey Coordination: Liaise with survey providers to ensure reliable market data.
- Rewards Strategy & Execution: Ensure competitiveness and equity in rewards, leading annual processes like ABS review, salary references, STB, and LTI.
- Special Projects: Coordinate and monitor special projects, communicating with involved parties.
- Bachelor's Degree in HR Management or related field
- 5-7 years of HR experience, preferably as an HR Business Partner
- Exposure to CoE processes like Talent Management, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits
- Experience managing organizational change
- Experience working in a multinational environment, with exposure to Industrial Relations is a plus
- Knowledge of market remuneration practices and experience ensuring competitiveness
- Experience with job evaluation, compensation management, and survey tools
- Working knowledge of GLOBE SAP HR solutions
- Experience in HR KPI measurement
- Knowledge of employment law and labor regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent people management skills
