Overview

Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful CEO Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer in managing daily business operations, strategic initiatives, and external engagements. This role requires a strong balance of administrative excellence, business acumen, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO, ensuring efficiency, confidentiality, and effectiveness in all areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Executive Support
    • Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
    • Draft, review, and organize reports, presentations, and official documents.
    • Ensure timely preparation for meetings with relevant agendas, briefing notes, and follow-ups.
  • Business Coordination
    • Liaise with internal teams, board members, and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
    • Track key business priorities, projects, and deadlines to ensure execution.
    • Assist with research, data gathering, and analysis to support decision-making.
  • Communication & Representation
    • Draft professional communications and manage sensitive information with discretion.
    • Represent the CEO in internal and external interactions where necessary.
    • Coordinate corporate events, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Streamline administrative processes and propose improvements to enhance productivity.
    • Monitor budget, expenses, and vendor coordination related to executive office functions.
    • Support cross-border coordination with regional offices and international partners.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar senior administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack).
