Overview

Tech Lead- User Growth (Paid Acquisition)

Role summary and responsibilities are described below.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-performant, high-reliable and highly reusable distributed and parallel systems that power growth features for various TikTok products.
  • Integrate with multiple internal and external services to deliver growth features end-to-end.
  • Manage individual projects and tasks priorities and deadlines with high-quality engineering excellence.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Computer Science or related major, with 5+ years of experience.
  • Proficient in at least one of the following languages: Java, Go, C++, Python.
  • In-depth knowledge of common databases and messaging frameworks like MySQL, Redis, Kafka, MQ, etc.
  • Strong experience and ability in system problem analysis, able to solve complex system problems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in big data analysis technology is preferred.
