We are passionate about this and hope you are too.About the team The user growth team is a multiple functional and regional team and we take responsibility for driving user growth by including but not limited to product, marketing, and partnership approaches, not only focusing on new user acquisition but also focusing on users' retention.Responsibilities 1. Promote the compliance assessment of business plans, identify compliance-related risks, provide feasible solutions, and ensure timely delivery.2. Summarize compliance-related requirements, establish mechanisms for compliance assessment, systematically manage and optimise compliance assessment process, and ensure the safety of business plans.3. Understand the business logic as well as the business impact of various plans, and assist in responding to compliance-related regulatory inquiries and reporting requirements.4. Establish and maintain a good cooperative relationship with stakeholders and gain their support for business.Minimum Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree or above, majors such as law and government relations are preferred.2. Excellent language competence as well as great communication skills in multinational/cross-functional teams3. 2+ years of global legal compliance work experience, with a decent knowledge of the internet industry. Candidates with overseas compliance work experience are preferred.4. Strong self-motivation, good sense of responsibility, capable of problem-solving and working under pressure.
