We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join us on a 5 months temporary contract, starting mid-October . This role is ideal for individuals who are available for short-term assignments and can contribute immediately in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Finance & Accounts Perform GL posting for all receivables and payables Prepare and offset AR & AP vouchers Handle bank reconciliations and daily bank statement updates Update daily cash flow Prepare remittances for all payments Monitor monthly AR aging and follow up on outstanding receivables Manage inter-company AR & AP settlements Generate FX gain/loss reports Ensure timely month-end closing Assist in ad-hoc tasks related to Finance & Accounts Requirements Diploma in Finance or Accounting At least 2 years of relevant experience Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, PowerPoint) Experience with JD Edwards Accounting System is an advantage Willing to learn, proactive, and able to work independently Contract Duration 4 months (Temporary position) We regret to inform that only shortlisted applicants will be notified. #J-18808-Ljbffr
