Description du poste En tant que Finance Manager, vous aurez les responsabilités suivantes : Superviser les activités de comptabilité générale et analytique ; Élaborer et gérer les budgets ainsi que les prévisions financières ; Assurer la conformité avec les réglementations fiscales et comptables locales et internationales ; Mettre en place et suivre des indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) financiers ; Préparer des rapports financiers détaillés pour la direction et les parties prenantes ; Analyser les écarts entre les prévisions et les résultats réels ; Optimiser les processus financiers pour améliorer l'efficacité opérationnelle ; Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour soutenir les décisions stratégiques de l'entreprise. Profil recherché En tant que Finance Manager, vous avez le profil suivant : Diplômé(e) en finance, comptabilité ou dans un domaine connexe ; Maîtrise des principes comptables et financiers, ainsi que des outils informatiques spécialisés ; Expérience avérée dans le secteur industriel ; Capacité à travailler sous pression et à respecter des délais stricts ; Excellentes compétences en communication et en collaboration ; Sens aigu de l'analyse et de la résolution de problèmes.
