The Field Service Engineer is responsible for Compliance & Safety, Installation/Commissioning, Maintenance/Repairs, Technical Support and Reporting. This position reports to the Area Service Manager, Singapore and is part of the ASEAN Equipment Services Team and will be an on-site role.

What You Will Do
  • Responsible for on-site installation, qualification, commissioning, repair and planned maintenance for Cytiva’s equipment.
  • Provide quality services per company service guidelines and meet KPIs for your team, while adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Work closely with service sales in preparing proposals/recommendations to customers.
  • Ensure timely and proper input of services performed in the company CRM database.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (commercial, logistics, product and leadership) to enhance customer experience.
Who You Are
  • Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in Life Sciences or Biotech with a strong engineering background. Automation knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to work with limited supervision and solve complex issues.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to maintain good rapport with customers and internal teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; other ASEAN languages are a plus.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Environment
  • Able to travel extensively across Singapore and ASEAN on short notice.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Nice to Have
  • 1–2 years in Life Sciences / Biotechnology Industry.
