Operations Manager
Job Description & Requirements
· Lead the Company's Operations staff in accordance with the Company's visions and values;
· Improve existing operational and safety systems, processes and policies to enhance the Company's business process and organizational planning;
· Play a significant role in developing the Company's long-term plans, specifically in terms of, but not limited to, operational and safety excellence;
· Ensure Company's Operational and Safety Processes is consistent or above industry standards;
· Harness opportunities to control assets, optimize costs and enhancing profitability;
· Regular meetings with Director on Operations planning;
· Enhance existing Quality Management System and ensure that the Quality Management System required are established, implemented and maintained in accordance to the Standard;
· Monitor and report on the Quality Management System's performance to top management for review;
· Ensure Company policies are adhered to while promoting positive workplace relationships and healthy teamwork at the workplace.
· Plan and draw up a production schedule
· Ensure that health and safety guidelines are always followed
· Review worker performance and identify training needs.
Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in Oil & Gas Industry.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Understanding of quality and safety management systems.

• Ability to plan strategically and solve problems efficiently.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

• Familiarity with production planning and workforce performance evaluation.
