Job DescriptionJob Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation & Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, engaging with prospects, and converting them into business opportunities. This role requires experience in cold calling, social media outreach, and using lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Lusha. The candidate should also have a good understanding of ERP solutions to conduct product demos and engage with international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting- Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and social media prospecting.
- Utilize Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, and other lead generation tools to build a high-quality prospect database.
- Engage with key decision-makers, including CXOs, IT Heads, and Business Owners across India, Singapore, the UK, the Middle East, and Malaysia.
- Execute outreach campaigns through LinkedIn, emails, and calls to generate meetings and product demo opportunities.
- Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries from various channels.
- Conduct product demos explaining the key features and technical aspects of Low-Code ERP solutions.
- Understand client requirements, pain points, and business challenges to provide suitable solutions.
- Work closely with the sales team to nurture leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry challenges in the target regions.
- Identify new business opportunities and suggest improvements in lead generation strategies.
- Provide insights to the marketing team for optimizing campaigns and outreach efforts.
- Communicate effectively with prospects and clients across India, Singapore, the UK, the Middle East, and Malaysia.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential customers.
- Address client queries related to ERP solutions and assist in pre-sales activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development (preferably in ERP/SaaS/IT solutions).
- Strong expertise in cold calling and LinkedIn-based lead generation.
- Hands-on experience with Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, or similar lead generation tools.
- Ability to understand and explain ERP solutions & technical concepts during demos.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills for engaging with international clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced sales environment.
Good to Have
- Experience in ERP, SaaS, or IT solution sales.
- Familiarity with international sales strategies and cross-cultural communication.
- Prior experience working with clients in India, Singapore, the UK, the Middle East, or Malaysia.
