Job Profile Summary If fast-moving environments energise you and you love connecting with people, thinking strategically, and shaping the talent pipeline of a growing organisation, this role is for you.As part of our Recruitment & Talent team, you will help drive our growth by identifying, engaging, and selecting high-quality candidates. You will: Craft, post, and manage job advertisements across internal and external platforms Review applications, resumes, and cover letters to shortlist suitable candidates Schedule interviews according to hiring manager's schedule Promote job opportunities through social media, networking, and outreach Contribute ideas to improve recruitment structures, strategies, and workflows Support recruitment tracking, reporting, and overall process optimisation Requirements No Experience needed Resourceful, proactive, and eager to learn and grow Strong organisational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks Singaporean/PR preferred Who We're Looking For Strong communication and active listening skills Effective problem-solving abilities You're resourceful, driven, and refuse to settle for "good enough" Professional, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality Salary & Benefits Starting salary between $3k to $5k (commissions based) Attractive quarterly incentives and performance bonuses Annual bonuses and travel incentives Opportunities for career advancement and personal development A supportive, collaborative, and positive work environment
