About The Company The Impact Foundation issues and funds non‑profits and NGOs with cryptocurrency to reward their volunteers and social workers. Volunteers can now get a warm thank you letter with a token of appreciation. This will help non‑profits to better engage their volunteers. Token holders can mint the tokens into badges of different levels as the "Proof of Community Services" to be shared on LinkedIn to showcase their skill sets. Alternatively these tokens can be donated to any registered charity for tax receipts matching their market value through our co‑donation program. Job Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with organizational goals and growth plans. Lead and manage the recruitment team to ensure efficient and effective hiring processes across all levels of the organization. Implement and optimize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and AI‑enabled hiring tools to streamline recruitment workflows and enhance candidate experience. Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide strategic guidance on workforce planning. Conduct market mapping and talent research to identify and attract top‑tier candidates in competitive industries. Drive employer branding initiatives to position The Impact Foundation as an employer of choice in the market. Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and make data‑driven improvements. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process. Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices and team management. Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for the recruitment team to enhance their skills and performance. Job Requirements Proven experience in a senior talent acquisition leadership role, preferably within a dynamic and fast‑paced organization. Strong expertise in recruitment strategies, ATS systems, and AI‑enabled hiring technologies. Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships across all levels of the organization. Demonstrated ability to conduct market mapping and talent research to identify high‑potential candidates. In‑depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices in recruitment and hiring. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and make data‑driven decisions. Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with a focus on fostering collaboration and professional growth. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates, team members, and stakeholders. A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of talent acquisition. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications in HR or recruitment preferred.
