Our "street smart" approach enables organizations to thrive in the face of constant change. Role Description We are seeking a Customer Engineer to join our team in Singapore. In this full-time role, you will be a key technical expert, helping our enterprise and education clients successfully deploy, adopt, and optimize Google Workspace and Google for Education solutions. You will be a trusted advisor, guiding customers through technical challenges and providing hands-on support. Responsibilities Deliver high-impact training sessions and workshops for enterprise and education clients on Google Cloud, Google Workspace and Google for Education. Serve as a consultant to clients, offering guidance on various Google Cloud products and solutions. Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for customers throughout the deployment and post-implementation phases. Assist clients in leveraging Google's AI tools, including Gemini, Gems, and NotebookLM, to enhance their productivity and workflows. Develop and implement custom solutions using Google AppScript and AppSheet to meet specific customer needs. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Google Cloud, Google Workspace, Google for Education, and related AI and automation technologies. Qualifications Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical delivery, troubleshooting, and support within the Google Cloud ecosystem. Proven experience in providing training or technical instruction to large enterprise and/or education audiences. Strong knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Google Workspace, and Google for Education solutions. Strong knowledge of Google's AI tools, such as Gemini, Gems, and NotebookLM, and the ability to apply them in a professional context. Hands-on experience in creating proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and working with Google AppScript and AppSheet. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills and a strong attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Experience in cloud consulting is a significant plus. Experience in customer-facing technical roles is highly desirable. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., Professional Google Cloud Architect, Google Workspace Administrator, Google Associate Cloud Engineer) are highly desirable.
