Job Description
Finance
We are looking for a pro-active and dynamic individual, with experience in the planning and execution of services for the acquisition of products and services.
Partners with internal stakeholders and carries out procurement transactions.
Vetting of requests, such as reviewing the approval of requirement, specification of requirement, small value purchases (SVP), invitation to quote (ITQ) or invitation to tender (ITT) documents; and clarifying where details are incomplete.
Optimise resources and achieve value-for-money outcomes, you will partake in review of contract details together stakeholders, eg, review status of active and/or completed contracts.
Prior experience in budgeting and resource management.
Partners with internal stakeholders to optimise resources and achieve value-for-money acquisition and partake in assignments that helps optimise the budgeting and resource management process.
HR Admin
Ensuring that there is sufficient manpower during day to day operations and deployments, processing allowance applications & payments in a timely manner, conducting welfare initiatives, tracking of deployment records/ staff movements, and maintaining HR databases via the various HR systems.
Responsible for service injury claims such as WICA
Job Requirements
Preferably a Degree in Finance, Accounting and/or HR.
Possess strong analytical skills and prepared to work hands-on with HR functions/ systems.
Meticulous and independent worker who is able to carry out responsibilities with minimum supervision.
Possess effective interpersonal and communication skills.
Good time management and be able to meet tight deadlines.
Procurement experience in the Public Sector with knowledge on Government Procurement procedures, will be advantageous.
Possess good analytical skills and has effective interpersonal and communication skills to engage consultations with stakeholders on budgeting needs.
Prior knowledge in HR is an advantage; and
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint) and SAP would be an advantage.
