Job Summary: Canon Singapore is seeking a dynamic and motivated Solution Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities for our Document Capturing and Management Solutions, including Therefore, Antelope, IRIS, and Kofax. This role involves calling potential clients, pitching our solutions, conducting basic demonstrations, and proposing tailored solutions to meet client needs. The Solution Sales Executive will have sales targets and be eligible for quarterly performance bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Qualification: Identify and target potential clients through market research and networking. Conduct initial outreach via calls and emails to qualify leads. Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Sales Pitch and Demonstration: Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches to potential clients. Conduct basic demonstrations of our solutions to showcase their benefits and features. Address client queries and concerns effectively.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals that address client needs. Present proposals to clients and negotiate terms to close deals.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Provide ongoing support and follow-up to clients post-sale.
  • Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company. Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings. Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in solution sales, preferably in the document management industry.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
