As a Director - SAP EPPM at our client, a global consulting leader, you will play a crucial role in driving growth within the transformation consulting practice. Your responsibilities will include planning, executing, and managing complex and large-scale transformation engagements. You will lead the design, build, testing, and deployment of new or modified business processes enabled by SAP S/4 solutions. Collaborating with key stakeholders, you will conduct business workshops to align outcomes with the project plan and develop business process solutions that prioritize client needs while adhering to industry best practices.Your role will involve contributing to project planning and execution, ensuring alignment with objectives, specifications, schedules, and quality standards. You will create implementation schedules, oversee system implementation planning and execution, and ensure that project success criteria are consistently met. Building strong relationships with IT/business peers and management will be essential to meeting organizational goals. Additionally, you will oversee transformational projects, implement business process improvements and ERP systems, and coordinate project timelines with teams to achieve client satisfaction.In terms of qualifications, you should have proven experience in leading large global consulting-led DTS business transformation programs with a deep understanding of business value. Knowledge of end-to-end Demand to Supply business processes, Enterprise Project and Portfolio Management (EPPM), and Project Systems (PS) is crucial. Familiarity with IBP modules and Enterprise Asset Management is also desirable. You should be able to lead design workshops, manage the delivery of SAP DTS business processes using S/4HANA functionality, and communicate effectively with business process owners to translate requirements into technical specifications.The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, the ability to mentor and manage consulting and client team members, and excellent interpersonal skills. You should have a track record of building strong client relationships and experience in full life cycle implementations as an ERP Project Manager.
