We are searching for a dynamic and visionary Consulting Director with deep expertise

in SAP S/4HANA to join our client. This leader will drive business growth, spearhead

transformative SAP engagements, and inspire a high-performing team. If you are

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Strategic Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to senior client executives, providing expert guidance on SAP S/4HANA Assessments, Implementations, and Application Management Services to achieve transformative outcomes.
- Revenue Leadership: Own pipeline management and drive consulting revenue, with a sharp focus on SAP S/4HANA services and project profitability.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a matrix team of 10+ consultants, fostering professional growth, team utilization, and optimal resource allocation.
- Client Engagements: Oversee large-scale, complex SAP engagements, ensuring flawless execution and delivering measurable business value.
- Business Development: Develop and manage key client accounts, create compelling proposals, and secure new SAP projects to expand the firm’s footprint.
- Innovation Driver: Build a unique selling proposition (USP) and position the firm as a leader in SAP transformations within broader digital initiatives.
- Capability Building: Conduct workshops, events, and thought-leadership initiatives to enhance internal expertise and strengthen partnerships with SAP teams and partners.

**Responsibilities in Detail**:

- Craft and communicate actionable roadmaps, budgets, and investment proposals tailored to SAP transformation needs.
- Translate complex business challenges into innovative SAP solutions, showcasing the value of end-to-end SAP S/4HANA capabilities to C-suite executives.
- Lead seminars and strategic discussions that highlight the transformative potential of SAP S/4HANA.
- Collaborate seamlessly across cross-functional teams to integrate SAP within broader digital transformation strategies.
- Mentor team members to develop expertise in SAP S/4HANA best practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 10+ years of SAP consulting experience, with proven success in SAP S/4HANA implementations and international onsite projects.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects with exceptional stakeholder management and project management skills.
- Expertise in SAP S/4HANA migration and a strong understanding of SAP licensing models.
- Track record of consistently achieving revenue targets.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- An MBA or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and strategic thinking.
- Proven ability to balance persuasion and collaboration in diverse team environments.
