Social Media Manager – Luxury Healthcare

Overview This role is focused on elevating the digital presence of a high-end hair transplant clinic with a global growth strategy. The successful candidate will shape the brand’s identity and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to attract international patients, particularly from the U.S. and other key markets. You will collaborate with content and production teams to ensure all messaging and campaigns reflect the clinic’s reputation for trust, exclusivity, and exceptional results. You will leverage analytics to optimize performance, identify growth opportunities, and explore partnerships with influencers and industry leaders. Responsibilities Develop and implement a cohesive brand strategy tailored to luxury healthcare and international audiences Design and execute targeted social media campaigns across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) Collaborate with content creators and production teams to ensure brand consistency Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools Identify and engage with influencers and potential partners to expand reach Generate and nurture qualified leads through digital channels Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends in healthcare marketing, luxury branding, and social media best practices Requirements Proven experience in brand and social media strategy, ideally within healthcare, aesthetics, or luxury services Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and data-driven decision making Exceptional storytelling and content planning skills Fluency in English; Spanish language skills are a plus Experience with influencer management and luxury brand positioning preferred Proficiency with analytics and social media management tools Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment About Twine Twine is a leading freelance marketplace connecting top freelancers, consultants, and contractors with companies needing creative and tech expertise.
