Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for a Social Media & Partnerships Coordinator. The Coordinator will manage social media accounts, develop and maintain strategic partnerships, oversee partnership projects, and support brand growth. Daily tasks include content creation, communicating and building relationships with partners, project management, and executing strategies to enhance brand presence. Responsibilities Plan, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, ensuring alignment with Balcone’s visual direction and tone of voice Write engaging and on-brand captions that reflect Balcone’s aesthetic and point of view Track performance metrics, social trends, and engagement data to inform future content planning Assist with visual curation, layout preparation, and moodboard creation for upcoming campaigns Support influencer and PR activities — identify and connect with aligned creatives, editors, and potential partners to build meaningful relationships Coordinate influencer gifting, collaboration follow-ups, and brand communication Upload and manage product visuals and descriptions on Shopify, ensuring accuracy and consistency Maintain an organized library of creative assets, product images, and brand materials Requirements 1–3 years of experience in social media management within the fashion industry — ideally at a luxury brand, fashion e-commerce platform, or creative company operating in the fashion, luxury, or lifestyle segment. Strong understanding of how digital platforms operate, content performance, algorithms, engagement, and audience behaviour Excellent writing skills in English with a clear sense of tone, rhythm, and brand alignment Confident using Shopify, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite Graphic design knowledge and basic photo/video editing skills would be a plus Fashion know-how is essential — you follow brands, trends, and understand the visual codes of luxury and contemporary fashion Detail‑oriented, reliable, and proactive with strong organizational skills Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn in a founder‑led environment Qualifications Strong Communication and Sales skills Project Management experience is a plus Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Fluent in English and Thai (other languages are a plus) Part-time position (approx. 20–25 hours per week) Hybrid or remote work possible within Thailand.
