This is a growth‑oriented position, with the potential to expand into organic marketing and leadership responsibilities as the company scales. Deliverables Develop, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and Reddit Monitor and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI and lead generation Analyze campaign data, prepare performance reports, and present actionable insights Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad content and landing pages Ensure compliance with healthcare advertising standards and regulations Contribute to the development of overall marketing strategy, including organic and social media initiatives Support the transition to a leadership role as the brand expands Requirements 2–4+ years of hands‑on paid media management experience, preferably in healthcare, medspa, or telehealth sectors Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Reddit Ads platforms Strong analytical skills and experience with campaign tracking, reporting, and ROI analysis Creative problem‑solving abilities and a data‑driven mindset Familiarity with healthcare advertising compliance and best practices Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently in a remote, fast‑paced startup environment Willingness to grow into a leadership role as the company scales About Twine Twine is a leading freelance marketplace connecting top freelancers, consultants, and contractors with companies needing creative and tech expertise.
