Senior / Executive, Talent Acquisition and Business Partner (Entry level)

Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — from manpower requisition, job postings, candidate sourcing, selection, to onboarding. Work closely with hiring departments to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Leverage multiple sourcing channels and outreach platforms to attract a diverse pool of healthcare talent. Participate in outreach activities, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives to strengthen the institution’s position as an employer of choice. Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and candidate experience. HR Business Partnering Partner with assigned departments to understand their manpower needs, workforce challenges, and strategic priorities. Provide sound HR advice and solutions across the full spectrum of HR functions, including performance management, employee engagement, and capability development. Collaborate with department leaders to support workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development initiatives. Serve as a neutral and trusted advisor to employees and supervisors, facilitating resolution of workplace issues. Drive and support HR projects, process improvements, and institution-wide initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
