They are currently looking for a dedicated HR professional to join their team to drive talent initiatives and growth within their retail teams. about the job As a HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role, serving as both a strategic HR advisor and a proactive talent acquisition specialist. Talent Acquisition (70%) : Drive the strategic recruitment mandate, with a specific focus on retail hiring to directly support the company\'s business expansion goals. Conduct on-the-ground operational reviews to proactively identify and address immediate and future organizational talent gaps. Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with universities and polytechnics to spearhead the long-term pipelining of early career talent. Collaborate with the broader HR team to develop and execute innovative strategies that strengthen the employer brand and attract high-calibre candidates. HR Business Partnering (30%) : Act as the dedicated face of HR, partnering closely with department heads and store managers to align talent strategies with critical business unit needs. Conduct proactive attrition trend analysis and propose data-driven, strategic interventions to enhance employee engagement and retention across the organization. Provide comprehensive support for the full spectrum of HR functions, including supporting the end-to-end employee lifecycle from on-boarding to off-boarding process, driving employee engagement programs, and leading negotiations with HR vendors. skills and experience required Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR Business Partnering and Talent Acquisition experience, ideally within the retail or FMCG industry. Strong foundational knowledge of Singapore employment law and HR best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and robust stakeholder management skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach. Detail-oriented with agility to thrive in a dynamic environment.
