Good career exposure and opportunity Education settings Central region As a Centre Manager (Student Care), you will be responsible for the following duties: Reporting to the Executive Director, the Student Care Manager leads a team of educators and administrative staff to ensure high-quality care. The role involves strategic planning, team leadership, program oversight, and day-to-day operational management. Drive implementation of organization's strategic goals and facilitate regular team communication. Lead and mentor staff, manage performance reviews, and support professional development. Oversee student enrolment, financial assistance applications, and related administrative tasks. Ensure quality service delivery, manage parent and student concerns, and lead incident investigations. Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and ensure compliance with reporting and audit requirements. Collaborate with internal teams and volunteers to run effective programs and activities. Manage budgeting, resource allocation, and ensure the upkeep of facilities and equipment. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and ensure adherence to systems and processes. Requirements: Minimum a Diploma in any discipline Diploma in Care and Program (Student Services and Coaching) will be added advantage. Experienced in supervising in a school-based Student Care Centre. Experienced working with children between the ages of 7 to 14. Demonstrate a passion for working with children and promoting their overall well-being and development. Exhibit patience, empathy, and understanding towards students and their unique needs.
