Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development: Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities. Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal, including lead generation, cold calling, and proposal creation.
  • Technical Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert on our full range of compressed air and filtration products. Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits to assess customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Understand their business challenges and provide tailored solutions that deliver value.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in the compressed air and filtration industry.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering, marketing, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and to provide market feedback for product development.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system. Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
Qualifications:
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in sales, with a strong preference for candidates who have sold compressed air systems, industrial equipment, or related technical products.
  • Technical knowledge of compressed air systems, including compressors, dryers, air receivers, and various filtration technologies.
  • At least Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and self-driven.
