Role Description: This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sourcing Leader Asia, with flexibility for remote work. The Sourcing Leader will engage in procurement activities, manage supplier relationships, conduct contract negotiations, and utilize their analytical expertise to ensure cost-effective and high-quality product sourcing. Responsibilities include collaborating with sales and purchasing teams, identifying and recruiting suppliers, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and company policies while achieving sourcing objectives.
