Role Purpose The primary purpose is to deliver value-add sourcing services to clients in a structured, professionaland consistent manner. Responsibilities We are currently seeking a Senior Expert to join the IT O&O Sourcing Team . The Senior Expert needs to be a dynamic, highly client-focused individual with proven experience within IT Services . Minimum 10-12 years of experience in all facets of strategic sourcing in an international environment of indirect goods and/or services. Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills with ability to build rapport, establish trust, and develop positive relationships with stakeholders Strong analytical and organizational skills Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure Excellent analytical skills and mindset demonstrating problem-solving, relationship management, escalation management and influencing skills with a strong customer-service orientation Good understanding of sourcing processes and best practices Ready to interact with stakeholders from all organizational levels A delivery-focused leader and a team player who is comfortable creating their own profile and credibility Experience in intermediate Excel (minimum), SAP, Ariba, Powerpoint (preferred) University degree (ideally in economics or Supply Management) or industry experience equivalent ideally with additional professional certification in Sourcing/Procurement.
