A-IT Software Services has been established in development outsourcing in Financial Services IT for more than 20 years. Our clients include several large financial institutions in Singapore. We are looking for an experienced accountant who will handle our entire accounting function. The successful applicant will receive a competitive salary and benefits package (up to S$6,250 basic salary + variable bonus). Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at A-IT Software Services Pte Ltd by 2x Responsibilities Handle the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, P&L statements and taxes. Prepare, review, and reconcile / analyse financial statements (weekly, monthly, quarterly, year-end etc) to ensure accuracy and completeness. Examining bank statements and process reconcile, handle employee expenses reports, payroll administration and accounting, and other financial transactions. Prepare quarterly GST returns, tax computation and handle tax queries from the tax authority. Prepare audit & tax schedules & liaise with auditors and tax agent. Liaising on corporate secretarial matters and other external counterparts such as bank and accounting firm. Prepare financial statements for related companies, including GST returns, tax computations and handling tax queries. Assist in any other finance-related matters as required. Requirements Holds professional accounting qualification (ACCA or equivalent). Minimum 5 years of accounting experience. Good understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance and accounting principles. Must have experience using SAGE ACCPAC/SAGE 300. Independent and self-driven with high level of initiative. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Immediate availability/availability on short notice is preferred but not necessary.
