Overview

Salt Talent Search is looking for Communication Manager for a 10 months contract role.

Responsibilities
  • Elevate the voice of the APAC Leads
  • Develop points of view and create opportunities for executives to have a voice and future perspective on key topical issues
  • Develop and evolve the APAC President’s communication platform
  • Partner closely with the PR, AR, Social, and other regional communications leaders to drive external engagement opportunities across priority audiences and topics
  • Develop external presentations for industry, customer and other Lead Internal Communications for APAC Region
  • Design, build, and roll out creative employee communications programs that increase awareness, understanding, engagement and foster a deep emotional connection across a broad employee base
  • Be an expert storyteller and incredible writer who brings out the values of – by finding and developing compelling narratives and holistic campaigns that deeply resonate with employees
  • Develop and execute regional quarterly all-hands, including presentation development, managing materials, logistics and coordination with speakers
  • Contribute to other key employee events and engagement vehicles – including employee town halls/meet ups, The Hub, manager communications, Viva Engage, company meetings, and more
  • Understand trends in internal communications tools, applications, channels, design and strategy
  • Support crisis and M&A communications
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of proven experience with global technology companies and a proven track record of managing high-impact executive, internal and external communications and/or change management programs
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated writing ability that is engaging, organized and simple to follow. Experience with communications to field workers, and in the power/energy and or data center industry a plus
  • Experience working in global or geographically distributed teams and understanding the nuances of communicating across cultures and time zones
  • Ability to develop and leverage strong partnerships across a matrixed organization, harmonize various perspectives/objectives, provide sound counsel, prioritize, and deliver impactful outcomes for all audiences and stakeholders
  • Ability to work well under pressure while managing multiple projects, priorities, stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Excellent follow-through skills are necessary
  • An independent, self-directed thinker with the ability to shape and drive strategy locally, formulate a clear point of view, exercise high judgment, and make an impact quickly
  • Poised executive presence with succinct presentation/facilitation skills, comfortable collaborating with and presenting to executives
  • Receptive to feedback and input from others and quick to apply changes with strong attention to detail
  • An agile, flexible individual with a “can-do” problem-solving approach
  • Experience in successfully articulating concepts and complex information in a concise manner through presentations, written communication, and across multiple channels
