Job Description Birmingham Academy is aggressively expanding and we are seeking a responsible Student Recruitment Manager , with proven track record in recruiting international student , to join our academy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for recruiting both local and international students and providing exceptional aftersales services. Responsibilities: Student Recruitment: Implement effective sales and marketing strategies to attract and recruit local and international students for courses. Lead Generation: Develop and maintain relationships with potential students, parents, educational consultants, and partner institutions to generate leads and referrals. Admissions Process: Guide prospective students through the admissions process, including conducting consultations, providing accurate course information, and assisting with application procedures. Conversion Management: Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly and efficiently, addressing any concerns or queries to convert them into enrolled students. Relationship Building: Establish maintain strong relationships with educational agents, schools, and other relevant stakeholders to enhance student recruitment efforts. Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor analysis, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in student recruitment strategies. Assist in the processing of course applications according to EduTrust Guideline. Manage Chinese parents/students enquires and conduct pre-courseelling in Mandrain. Perform any other responsibility assigned by the reporting manager and the management team. Requirement: Minimumly Bachelor degree with 2 years sales experience in related education industry; Experience in recruiting international students will only be considered Experience in China market will only be considered Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly efficient, able to multi-task and accurate in data entry Professional, meticulous, detail-oriented and able to work in a fast environment Salary/Remuneration: Basic + Commission #J-18808-Ljbffr
