We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Student Recruitment Manager to join our dynamic team at EI STUDY PTE LTD. As the Student Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective student recruitment strategies to attract and enrol talented individuals into our educational programs. This is a full-time position based in our office in the Marina Centre, Central Region. What you'll be doing Designing and executing comprehensive student recruitment campaigns across multiple channels, including digital marketing, events, and networking activities. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders such as educational agents, schools, and community organisations. Analysing market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for student recruitment. Collaborating with the marketing team to create compelling content and materials to promote our educational offerings. Setting and achieving ambitious student enrolment targets, and tracking progress towards these goals. Providing training and support to the student recruitment team to ensure exceptional customer service and a seamless application process for prospective students. Continuously monitoring and optimising recruitment strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness. What we're looking for Minimum 1-3 years of experience in student recruitment or a related field within the education industry. Proven track record of designing and implementing successful student recruitment campaigns. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions. Proficient in the use of digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media, website management, and data analytics. A diploma in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
