Xerago: AI-Powered Business Analytics Operations Trainee

Xerago is seeking a motivated and intelligent individual to take on the role of an AI-Powered Business Analytics Operations Trainee. As a fresher, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the CEO on strategic initiatives involving the integration of AI technology into business operations. This position is based at Xerago's office in OMR Perungudi, Chennai.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in implementing AI-driven solutions for internal and client-facing processes.
  • Support the CEO in research, analysis, and executing strategic business projects.
  • Collaborate with various teams to gather data and track performance metrics.
  • Contribute to automation projects and optimize processes using AI tools.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and insights to facilitate decision-making.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Graduate in Business Analytics or a related field with certifications in Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proactive attitude towards learning and working in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time, permanent entry-level position offering high visibility, with benefits including meals, health insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during day shifts from Monday to Friday, at the Xerago office in Chennai.
