Develop Advanced Analytics Solutions

Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining advanced data models, dashboards, and analytics use cases that support assurance reviews and risk monitoring. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop solutions that drive meaningful insights.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, preferably within financial services, technology risk, internal audit, and compliance. They will possess excellent communication skills to translate technical findings into business insights and have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain advanced data models, dashboards, and analytics use cases to support assurance reviews and risk monitoring.
  • Contribute to the automation of assurance testing processes to enhance review coverage, accuracy, and productivity.
  • Integrate structured and unstructured data sources into centralized analytics platforms.
  • Apply statistical tools/models to perform advanced data analytics and identify key insights from risk-related datasets.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity through cleansing, validation, and transformation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree is a strong plus.
  • Domain knowledge - experience in banking &/or technology processes, highly desirable.
  • 8+ years' experience in data analytics, preferably within financial services, technology risk, internal audit, and compliance.
  • Good understanding of business application architecture and strong skills in data transformation and visualization techniques.
  • Knowledge of predictive models, machine learning/artificial intelligence algorithms, and statistical techniques.
  • Technical proficiency in programming languages, big data platforms, and visualization tools.
  • Relevant understanding of data governance practices, including data lineage, quality, and stewardship.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate technical findings into business insights.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.
  • The ability to dive deep into data to find answers to yet unknown questions.
  • An inquisitive line of questioning with the skills to build solutions to find meaningful answers.
