Responsibilities Recruitment demand analysis: According to the employment applications of each department, analyze the recruitment needs, formulate recruitment plans, and ensure that the company\'s human resources needs are met. Preparation of job descriptions: Responsible for writing and improving job descriptions for each position, clarifying job responsibilities, qualifications and other information. Recruitment information release: Publish recruitment information through various channels to attract suitable candidates. Resume screening and interview arrangement: Screen the resumes received, arrange interviews, and participate in the interview process to evaluate candidates. Recruitment channel management: Maintain and expand recruitment channels, including online recruitment, campus recruitment, headhunting cooperation, etc., to ensure the effectiveness of recruitment channels. Recruitment data statistics and analysis: Record the whole recruitment process, regularly track, analyze and summarize the recruitment effect, and continuously improve the recruitment process and efficiency. Employer brand building: Participate in the promotion of the company\'s employer brand to improve the company\'s visibility and attractiveness in the talent market. Qualifications Bachelor degree or above, with professional knowledge of human resource management, business management and psychology; Professional background in human resource management, business management, and psychology is preferred. 5 years or more of professional experience related to human resource system recruitment in large and medium-sized enterprises. Strong logical thinking ability, good at analyzing and solving problems; project management ability is preferred. Excellent communication and coordination skills, cross-team cooperation experience, ability to quickly judge problems, give effective suggestions and promote implementation. Good professional ethics and quality, dedication and love for work, and strong ability to resist pressure.
