Join us as a Centre Manager and be a key part of our growing team Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring smooth workflow and high customer satisfaction Lead and manage the Customer Service team, providing guidance, training, and support Develop and implement initiatives to improve customer experience and enhance retention Coordinate front-desk operations, including administrative tasks like data entry and classroom schedule planning Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, ensuring timely resolutions Manage payment collection (Cash, Nets, and Credit Card) and ensure accurate record-keeping Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are maintained across the facilities Perform basic operational duties and manage ad-hoc tasks as required Sales ability would be a bonus to support centre growth What We\'re Looking For Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team and oversee daily operations Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to commit to weekend shifts Proficient in Microsoft Office Sales experience or ability would be a bonus to help drive business growth Working Days & Location 5-day work week (able to work weekends) Location: Woodleigh Mall Why Join Us?
