What you will be working on: ActiveSG Training Centre (ATC) drives the learning and development efforts for all staff in ActiveSG. People development is key to support the transformation of ActiveSG 3.0. ATC channels dedicated resources in capability development to foster a learning culture, deliver robust training programmes, and offer a wide range of learning activities and resources in an integrated and collaborative manner. This appointment will support efforts in developing infrastructure and systems to implement the ActiveSG Training Roadmap, develop learning resources, conduct and organise training activities, and be involved in benchmarking and accreditation requirements. A key programme to support is the administration of the WorkStudy Diploma programme. Responsibilities include: Processing applications for learning activities registrations. Supporting all learning activities administration. Updating spreadsheets and preparing reports. Managing and administering systems and infrastructure. Updating website content. Developing bite-sized learning resources. Managing learning-related sponsorships and programmes (e.g., WS Diploma, Training Grants). Conducting benchmarking for ATC’s policies and programmes. Commissioning research efforts with stakeholders. Maintaining relevant training accreditations (e.g., Workplace Learning Gold Award, Accredited Training Organisation with SkillsFuture Singapore). Designing curriculum, delivering, and assessing training programmes. Reviewing, coordinating, and assessing external training programmes. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders and Training Partners. Conducting periodic evaluations and reviews to maintain currency and relevancy. Monitoring timelines and deliverables for all training programmes and initiatives. Candidates should be sport advocates, living an active lifestyle and staying active. The ideal candidate will possess: A Bachelor Degree in Business, Learning & Development, Coaching and Instructional Design, Sport, or Sport Management. Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment (ACTA) or equivalent is an advantage. At least 2 years of relevant work experience. Experience in curriculum development and training delivery/facilitation preferred. Ability to foster collaboration and build partnerships. Forward-thinking mindset. Passion for Learning and Development. Ability to inspire, influence, and engage stakeholders. Strong business acumen and ground sensing. Resourcefulness, people-centric attitude, and meticulousness. Effective written and oral communication skills. The offer level will depend on experience and track record. Successful candidates will be offered a 2-3 year contract initially.
