Head of Compliance My client, a well‑established investment management firm, is seeking an experienced Head of Compliance to lead the firm’s regulatory and AML function in Singapore. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring robust governance, regulatory adherence, and ethical business conduct across the organization’s regional operations. Key Responsibilities Oversee and maintain a comprehensive compliance and anti‑money laundering framework in alignment with MAS and global regulatory standards Provide strategic advice and guidance to senior management on regulatory developments and compliance risks Develop, implement, and enhance internal policies, controls, and monitoring procedures to mitigate compliance risks Lead internal investigations and manage timely reporting to senior management and regulators when required Serve as the key liaison with relevant regulatory authorities and external stakeholders Drive compliance awareness and training across the organization to promote a strong culture of integrity and accountability Collaborate with global legal and compliance counterparts to ensure regional alignment and best‑practice implementation Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Law or related discipline At least 10–15 years’ progressive experience in compliance and risk management within the financial services or investment sector Strong understanding of Singapore’s regulatory landscape (SFA/FAA/AML regulations) and experience managing regulatory relationships Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to influence and engage at senior management and board levels What you need to do now If you or someone you may know might be interested in this opportunity please do contact me on the details below for more information or drop an updated CV to my email at Alternatively, if this job opportunity is not relevant to you, feel free to share your updated CV to have a confidential discussion on the relevant openings based on your skillsets and expertise.
