About the RoleThe Product Specialist role sits at the intersection of sales, customer success, and technical support. Product Specialists build relationships with prospective clients by providing support and deep technical knowledge to demonstrate value and drive adoption. They partner with sales and product teams to inform future product developments that resonate with the market.
What You'll Do- Customer Support: field support calls, emails, and chats, locally resolving when possible; route tickets to appropriate teams when needed; remain the customer's point of contact through resolution.
- Customer Health: collaborate with account management, provide training, customizations, and product consultations.
- Growth Initiatives: assist sales with product pitches and demos; conduct trial training calls and address common objections to communicate value.
- Content generation: identify content that customers care about and package it for distribution by sales and account management; create timely searches/trends for demos or email distribution.
- Product Direction: relay customer insights across the organization to inform opportunities and improvements with account management, account executives, product, and management.
- Client-facing professional with the ability to develop rapport and maintain relationships, with a positive and proactive personality.
- Skilled communicator able to engage at any level of an organization.
- Energetic, creative, curious, and quick to learn; adaptable to diverse client needs.
- Able to distill and explain complex issues in simple terms.
- Intrinsically motivated to contribute to a dynamic and entrepreneurial team culture.
- Strong time management and task prioritization skills.
- Financial Services experience is essential.
