We are looking for you, to join our Maintenance team in the Singapore Tuas Refinery. You will focus on safe, quality, on time delivery of Turnarounds/Shutdowns. In this role you will work closely with Maintenance sub-teams and various departments in the organization.

You will lead and manage a multi-discipline team of planning engineers, cost controllers and SIP specialists to deliver turnaround projects and turnaround/shutdown events. You will also manage the turnaround budget and improve execution safety, schedule, reliability, productivity and cost. • Lead and manage a team of direct/indirect employees to plan and execute Turnarounds & Shutdowns
• Ensure TA Manual compliance: Site Long Range Plan, Steering Team / Core Team, Facilitator, Addendum/Discovery management, contracting strategy for TA / Project
• Continual improvement via benchmarking efforts to reach top quartile TA performance in safety, cost, schedule, quality and productivity
• Manage turnaround projects and TA/SD CAPEX

• Recognised degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• More than 10 years of relevant experience in oil, refinery, petrochemicals or chemical processing, with 5 years in leadership or managerial roles. Project and contracts management experience is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of process plant production and maintenance, including construction, commissioning, plant start-up/shut-down and especially turnaround management
• Experience in Maintenance, Project or TA Management (including field execution)
• Contracts Management/Negotiation, familiar with contracts / supply terms, agreements & administration

• Strong leadership skills, excellent stakeholder and communication skills and the ability to organize resources and delegate effectively.
• Ability to take a strategic view and still have a good eye for details.
• Ability to promote teamwork and possess interpersonal effectiveness.
• A good team player, builds effective cooperation and trustful culture, seeks collaboration opportunities. Possesses strong situational appraisal skills, prioritizes actions with alignment to company values and goals and has a sense of urgency.
• Strong work ethic with positive attitude and ability to make timely decisions through good analytical thinking and problem solving.
