About The Job

Job Responsibilities :

As a Turnaround Planner, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling all TA scope related to mechanical and civil works to ensure safe & efficient execution of TA activities according to approved premises, work processes, and standards.

These responsibilities include:

• Preparing, optimizing, updating, and maintaining the plan/schedule to efficiently execute scope of work, including resource optimization, checking material availability, and completeness of work packs.
• Breaking down scope into manageable activities, assigning resources and durations, developing BOMs and work packages, and initial scheduling.
• Assembling activities from various areas, completing logic ties, resource leveling, and ensuring schedule quality.
• Coordinating with disciplines, operations/maintenance, engineering, procurement, and cost engineering throughout the planning and execution stages to ensure compliance with HSSE, Quality, Duration, and Cost targets.
• Driving schedule adherence and work quality, and reporting progress to the TA Event Manager during execution.

Job Requirements:

To succeed as a Turnaround Planner, you should have:

• A Diploma in Mechanical/Civil Engineering with 3-5 years’ experience in Turnaround/Maintenance or Project work, or 5-10 years in Maintenance/Turnaround/Pitstop/Construction in a refinery or petrochemical plant.
• Competence in organizing and preparing work scope and method statements.
• Strong supervisory skills and good communication skills.
• Knowledge of HSE regulatory compliance in plant projects.
