As our new Senior Product Manager (Web3) in the Payment Innovation team in Singapore, you’ll experience an open and knowledge driven culture, where everyone can thrive, connect with colleagues, learn and grow. Here you will be empowered to make an impact every day.
You will drive the strategy, development, and delivery of digital asset products, including stablecoins, tokenized deposits, and blockchain-based payment rails. You will lead initiatives from concept to launch, and collaborate closely with various cross-functional internal and external stakeholders to launch our products successfully.
This includes engineering, compliance, commercial, and operations teams to ensure products meet market needs while aligning with regulatory frameworks across Europe and Asia. You will report to the Product Lead (Web3).

Exciting work is waiting for you

• Define product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for Web3 products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to take products from concept to launch, ensuring technical feasibility, compliance readiness, and market adoption.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging blockchain trends, competitor moves, and customer pain points.
• Work with blockchain infrastructure providers to enable minting, burning, and on/off-ramp flows.
• Engage with clients, partners, and ecosystem players to gather feedback and identify partnership opportunities.
• Drive continuous product optimization post-launch based on data, customer insights, and market dynamics

Things we’ll look for on your resume
To be the right candidate, at least 5 years of experience as a Senior Product Manager in fintech, payments, or blockchain will be required. You have a solid understanding of blockchain technologies—covering stablecoins, tokenization, and DeFi/CeFi ecosystems—is essential, together with familiarity with regulatory frameworks for digital assets in Europe and Asia.

Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively across commercial, technical, and compliance teams will be key. Success in this role also calls for analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a data-driven mindset.
