Senior Executive Officer, Workplace & Sustainability Engineering

We are looking for an experienced Senior Executive Officer to join our Facility Management team. This incumbent will plan, organise and execute the maintenance, repairs, and improvement program for electrical and mechanical facilities and systems at all Singapore Pools properties.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute projects, repairs, and maintenance works of electrical systems for assigned Singapore Pools properties to ensure business operation continuity.
  • Lead sustainable operations activities to achieve sustainability goals and targets.
  • Scan, identify, and develop relevant technologies for deployment within Singapore Pools built environments to support the digitalisation of Facility Management operations.
  • Manage contracts through timely call for quotations, review, and evaluation of proposals to ensure best value for building services, maintenance and renovation works.
  • Submit reports, monitor budget and expenditure, prepare RFP/RFQ/tender documents/EAFS, check invoices and update records to ensure operating expenditures stay within budgets.
  • Assess and manage risks at all workplaces and comply with safety and statutory regulations to ensure safety of employees, customers and Singapore Pools assets.
  • Stay up to date on technical regulations by relevant authorities (e.g., BCA, SCDF, EMA) and ensure properties do not breach safety regulations.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of related working experience.
  • Experience in managing mechanical/electrical systems in large buildings.
  • Experience in managing systems supporting sustainability efforts.
  • Experience in managing projects involving mechanical/electrical installations.
  • Experience in project management and risk management.
  • Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and legislation (BCA, Singapore Power, EMA, etc.).
