Contract Duration: 12 months Salary: Up to $3,900 Working Hour: 8.30am to 6pm for Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 530pm for Friday Working Location: Changi

**Company's vision is to develop a smart workplace by harnessing the use of technology to connect and engage employees with their work environment. The Workplace Executive’s role will be to support the Workplace Team in smart workplace projects (e.g. office access control system, resource booking system, occupancy sensors, smart lockers, smart vending machines, etc.).**

**The key tasks of the Workplace Executive include, but are not limited to**:
**a) Support the Workplace Team for smart workplace initiatives;**
**b) Prepare and call for tenders/quotations for smart workplace initiatives;**
**c) Manage queries and change requests from staff (e.g. user unable to access office or vending machines);**
**d) Conduct first-level of troubleshooting for all related issues and escalate to vendors (if required);**
**e) Facilitate regular meetings with internal and external stakeholders; and**
**f) Coordinate and supervise contractors during project implementation stages.**

**Qualifications**
- **Minimum Diploma with at least two years of relevant working experience**:

- **Have broad knowledge of IT systems (e.g. SAAS, mobile app technologies, API integrations, network, etc.)**:

- **Strong communication skills, both written and spoken**:

- **Excellent project management skills in dealing with internal and external stakeholders**:

- **Good time management skills and ability to multi-task**:

- **Organised, meticulous, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment**:

- **Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Excel and Word, in particular)**
