We have a current opportunity for an Executive Events Producer on a permanent basis. The position will be based in SINGAPORE. For further information about this position please apply.

Overview

The Producer has responsibility for assigned tasks essential to the delivery of a project, from brief to execution. Working as part of the production team, the Producer is a key part of the pre-production process to bring memorable experiences to life, working closely with colleagues, partners, suppliers and clients.

Client-facing interaction and advanced client needs management are expected, including presenting proposals, running WIPS, on-site visits, or engaging colleagues when leading project delivery.

The Producer works with the Executive Producer, Senior Producer and Associate Producers to support client relationships and grow revenue, acting as a reliable, process-driven member of the team. The Producer leads the Associate Producers and Event Coordinators to deliver tasks for the team and client, ensuring all work—from creative concepts to logistics and technical delivery—meets objectives and budget, and surpasses client expectations.

With a background in content, live or experiential events, you will ideate within the team, contribute your point of view, and engage directly with clients to deliver and expand account management skills.

Who you are
  • Minimum of 7-8 years experience within the industry with client-side or event agency experience
  • You are willing to learn and develop your foundation skills with a keen eye for detail, quality management, production experience, time management, and readiness to embrace learning and growth, and to teach and mentor others.
  • Outgoing, friendly, team-spirited, confident and dedicated to event management; able to contribute ideas and provide unique viewpoints.
  • Understands the importance of good project management, administration, organizational and communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Willing to travel on-site to events across Asia-Pacific as needed
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite (Drive, Mail, Sheets, Slides)
  • Strong writing and communication skills; eager to learn and engage further in communications
  • Calm under pressure, able to handle tight deadlines and conflicting priorities
