We are seeking a Solution Sales Engineer Director to join our global sales team.

What you will do:
  • Provide sales leadership with technical support throughout the sales process.
  • Serve as a thought leader and trusted advisor to MNOs' technical managers.
  • Document complete solutions (via diagrams and descriptions) including RAN and other components, highlighting product benefits.
  • Stay updated on industry technology trends through self-study and formal training.
  • Act as a regional subject matter expert for our products and industry trends.
  • Communicate customer requirements clearly to our development, implementation, and support teams.
  • Develop technical sales materials for customer engagement.
  • Support regional and global sales and marketing targets.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with key technical stakeholders and new MNO clients.
What you should have:
  • At least 10+ years of professional experience in Solution Sales Engineering working with MNOs.
  • Deep understanding of Radio Access Networks, OSS, and Core across 2G, 4G, and 5G technologies.
  • Extensive knowledge of the cellular network industry, particularly MNOs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience interacting with technical executives and preparing high-quality presentations and proposals.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple activities, and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% to meet clients in the region.
