To learn more, visit nmrk.com or follow @newmark About the Role As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll support our various marketing initiatives across our APAC geographies, working across all our business line verticals. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful campaigns, presentations, and digital content that elevate our brand and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute custom marketing programs for various brokerage and advisory teams. Design and manage print and digital collateral, advertising, and event materials. Coordinate email campaigns and maintain property listings and broker bios on our website. Management of our CRM program and associated campaigns. Coordination of various bespoke client events. Collaborate with graphic designers and external vendors to deliver high-quality materials. Support social media, online, PR, and event marketing efforts across the region. Create presentations using branded templates for consulting and research projects. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field. 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally in real estate or consulting. Strong graphic design skills. Excellent project management and communication skills. Creative thinker with a proactive, hands-on approach. Familiarity with Singapore and APAC real estate markets is a plus.
